Is there rent payable on the cylinder?
No rent is payable. Just pay a deposit on the cylinder and then keep it for as long as you need it. Once you are finished with the cylinder you can choose to return it to us for a full refund of your deposit, or just buy a refill and exchange the cylinder for the new one.
How long can I keep the cylinder?
Keep the cylinder for as long as you need it, there is no time limit. Just remember to inform us if you change your contact details so that we have a record of who has the cylinder. You can return it any time for you full deposit or just buy a refill.
Is your CO2 food grade?
Yes, all the CO2 we supply is food grade and suitable for home bar, etc.
Is it free to collect from you?
Yes, it is free to collect from us. We will agree a collection date/time with you when you place an order.
Can you deliver to me?
Yes, delivery can be arranged, please contact us before placing your order and we can quote the delivery price.
What type of regulator do the cylinders have?
All of the Adams Gas cylinders have a CGA-540 regulator.
What payment methods are available?
We have a partnership with Stripe who provide a secure, industry regulated payment gateway at checkout. You can pay with all major debit and credit cards and a number of app payment options are supported.
What is your Guarantee and Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you should return the goods (Sealed and unused) within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging undamaged in any way, and we will refund the full purchase price.
Should the goods be incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and replace or exchange any such goods. We will refund you for the price paid including the delivery charge.
In all other circumstances we will either exchange the goods or refund the amount paid less the postage and packaging.

When can I get my deposit back?
The deposit is refunded when the cylinder is returned to us and a refill is not required. The deposit will only be refunded to the account holder so please keep your contact details with us up to date. Should the cylinder be passed on to a third party, you should notifiy us to avoid any confusion later on.
